This journey is offered by two professional Holistic Therapists, Ber Foley O Mahoney & Mel Murphy Medium & Mentor who have decades of working holistically with individuals and groups. On this journey everything is taken care of, Ber has over 25years of Tour guide experience in Egypt, Ireland and beyond. Ber ensures that everyone’s needs are met, and that everyone has a safe, relaxing and fun time.
Mel and Ber have both discovered their mutual love of sacred Egypt. They are working together on this journey in October/November to give you a transforming experience as you travel through Egypt with them.

Ber has gained incredible insight into ancient Egypt and will share her vast spiritual knowledge and expertise with you. This helps to align your expectations in advance of your visits to the sacred sites. At each site that we visit, there will be time to enjoy your own sacred time, if you choose, that is time for you to tune into these ancient sacred sites yourself, to explore the energies you feel, to meditate, to open your awareness. Mel will lead sacred integration circles throughout the journey, when possible, thus you will have the opportunity to share your spiritual experiences and psychic insights, if any, with your spiritual group.

Ber has been bringing groups to Egypt and beyond for over 25 years. Ber has incredible intuitive insight and spiritual knowledge about the pyramids, the temples, the tombs and the Gods and goddesses of ancient Egypt. As a spiritual tour guide, Ber gently shines the light on the ancient paths, so that you can start to see for yourself, the ancient spiritual wisdom held in these places. Ber has decades of experience in teaching and offering spiritual and holistic services. Ber is a Tarot Reader, Angel Therapist, Irish and Egyptian Guide, Teacher, Mother & Grandmother, Intuitive & Teacher, IET Master, Reiki Master and Rebirthing facilitator.
Meet Mel Murphy Medium & Mentor. Mel brought spiritual seekers to Egypt in February and October 2025 and has fallen in love with the magic and mystery of this ancient land. Mel is passionate about sharing her insight and experiences with others. Mel has over 15 years of Holistic and spiritual teaching experience ,providing a strong container for your spiritual explorations.Mel is a teacher and individual facilitator of Psychic Mediumship, IET , Shamanism, Seichim, Trance mediumship, Art , and Land and House Healing. With each journey to Egypt, Mel`s understanding and spiritual knowledge of the energies of Ancient Egypt has expanded .Mel`s integration circles will support you in navigating and processing the energies.

Seeing Egyptian life as it is today
As You travel through Egypt from Cairo to Luxor you will see the many different lifestyles. Ber and Mel have always believed that “travel broadens the mind” so They want you to see as much of this culture from the modern high-rise buildings to the simple mud-huts and everything in-between.
Group Sharing
Evening Circle sharing, plus an alternative look at history. Ber is happy to share her knowledge of how she believes Egypt came about. Mel will hold space in sharing circles. These sharing circles give you an opportunity to share your experience of the days temples etc and allow you to support and connect deeper with your fellow travellers.
Accommodation
Ber has found for her groups that certain hotels work better. Over the years Ber has found some quaint hotels and also those that have areas where you can sit and chat or contemplate the day’s journey. Good food is a must at our hotels. Depending on what nights we are staying we might get treated to some Egyptian live entertainment.

* Lunches are a very reasonable price in Egypt and because people have varied dietary preferences Ber has found it best to allow people to choose for themselves. We will find the best places to eat lunch for the group)
* Evening meals are included for our time in Luxor, The chefs here are very accommodating and have worked with Ber’s groups before. Ber has found that sometimes people are full after lunch or tired and don’t require an evening meal so besides the 3 night’s meals in Luxor you have the choice whether to buy a full meal or not.

Spiritual Trip in Egypt Itinerary
Day 1 Saturday ,31st October. Cairo
You will arrive in Cairo, and will be greeted by a trusted Friend of Bers, a professional Egyptian tour operator who takes care of the visas and who will personally escort you ,or you and the group, on your private coach, to your hotel in Cairo . Day 2 Sunday ,1st November. Cairo
Breakfast will be a delicious buffet before you set off on the first of your adventures to the Giza Plateau. Here you will have entry into The Great Pyramid, one of the seven wonders of the world, you will visit the famous Sphinx, The Valley Temple and get some amazing photos at the viewing platform, and you can choose to hop on a camel for a fab photo op !
In The afternoon we will lunch at the Grand Egyptian Museum .After our lunch, our Egyptologist will give us a historical and archaeological tour showing us the best of the Gem, we will then have time to explore this magnificent showcase of Egyptian artifacts ourselves and to immerse ourselves in the beauty and richness of ancient Egypt
Our private coach will return to your hotel where you can relax, enjoy the restaurants, bars and pool complex.
Day 3 Monday, November 2nd November. Cairo.
After a delicious breakfast, we will visit the Stepped Pyramids at the Saqqara complex, we will go into the incredible underground Serapeum,a truly amazing burial or ritual place from the age of taurus.Our Egyptologist will explain all of these historial monuments and we will learn about the pharaohs and the ancient Egyptians.We will explore the area where there are sound healing boxes and tune into the unique energy of this place to receive healing and insight for ourselves. Our private coach will bring us to a traditional Egyptian garden restaurant, where you can see the women make the traditional flatbread and enjoy delicious fresh food.
After lunch you will visit an Aromatherapist. Here you will learn about sacred aromatherapy oils, you will have the opportunity to sample different oils and will learn which oils work with which chakras. You can enjoy the fragrances and invest in oils that may suit you, to bring balance, healing, and harmony into your life. It is a uniquely beautiful experience.
After our aromatherapy experience, it is onwards to Cairo airport, to travel to Luxor. On arrival in Luxor our group will enjoy an evening meal and settle into our hotel.
Day 4 Tuesday, November 3rd Luxor
Luxor is a beautiful city built on the banks of the Nile. After our breakfast, we will go by private coach to the Valley of the Kings to explore incredible tombs, led by our Egyptologist, and see beautiful hieroglyphs and reliefs on the interior of these structures, hidden deep within the valley. Then we travel a short distance on to see Hatshepsut’s Temple for further immersion in ancient Egypt’s history. Hatshepsut’s temple is incredible, you will be awestruck by the size and the power emanating from it, there is also a small chapel dedicated to Goddess Hathor at this breathtaking sacred site. There will be time allocated to wander through this temple and experience the power and energy of Hatshepsut for yourself.
On our way back to our hotel, we will visit a Traditional Alabaster factory to see how alabaster statues and crafts are created and enjoy a rest a cool drink and an opportunity to make purchases of Egyptian crafts. On returning to our hotel, we can enjoy a light snack, have relaxing pool time, unwind in the bar, or rest in the garden .Our group will enjoy a wonderful evening meal together.
While in luxor, we may have the opportunity to visit a friend of Bers ,Khaled who owns a beautiful fair trade shop, with a range of drums, rattles, clothing, crafts, scarves, bags, ornaments, jewellery, in a beautiful, relaxed environment. It is a perfect opportunity to purchase fair trade gifts to bring home.
Day 5 Wednesday, November 4th Luxor.
After breakfast we will visit Karnak Temple which is an incredible place to experience, and see the avenue of the Sphinx, The Avenue of the Sphinxes is a 2.7 km ceremonial road in Luxor, Egypt, which connects the Karnack Temple Complex and the Luxor temple. It is lined with hundreds of sphinx statues and was used for ancient festivals. We will also visit Sekhmets Chapel which is a small chapel with a beautiful statue of Goddess Sekhmet .We can choose to have alight snack or enjoy some browsing in the shops. We will visit Luxor Temple in the evening, when the light is fading and casting magical shadows on the massive columns. Our Egyptologist will guide us through this beautiful place where you will view the site through an architectural and historical lens. There will be time to wander and soak up the atmosphere and tune into the energy there. There is a wonderful open-air museum that you can browse.
Ber has also discovered a great bookstore near Luxor temple that we may have time to explore. Shop for English language books, maps, stationery, and other interesting items.
Day 6 Thursday, November 5th Luxor
You have the option to choose a Ballon Ride Experience. (weather permitting) We will rise early for an amazing sunrise hot air balloon ride. The ballon ride provides a bird’s eye view of the sites and it is a beautiful gentle experience, especially with the sun rising in the sky. We will witness the farmers, and their animals and the people of Luxor starting to prepare for their day ahead. We will return to our hotel and refresh with a delicious breakfast buffet. After breakfast you can enjoy a relaxing morning, at the pool, and in the garden until it time to return to the airport for our return flight to Cairo. We will check into our hotel and relax for the evening.
Ber has connections with the powerful healers all over Egypt, if there is time, we can visit another friend of Ber`s in Luxor, who is a healer and aromatherapist, he specialises in sacred oils.
Day 7 Friday ,November 6TH Cairo
Located in the heart of Islamic Cairo, The Khan Al Khalili Market is Egypt’s most famous market. It is a labyrinth of narrow streets lined with everything from lamps, jewellery, clothing, leather goods, perfumes, spices, oils, t shirts, and everything you could imagine, it is a feast for the senses, and you will love exploring the shops and boutiques, hearing the banter with the shop keepers, and will be able to purchase some beautiful crafts and other Egyptian goodies to take home with you. It is an Egyptian treasure !Down a narrow alleyway, we will stop by El Fishawi Café, it is Cairo’s oldest café, with beautiful little rooms filled with mirrors and old furniture, and chandeliers .It is a great place to experience Egyptian market life, as venders try to sell their wares and the sreets fill with music and the constant flow of people, its great for people watching and to enjoy great Turkish coffee and mint tea .
Ber has sourced a good quality jewellery store, which sells gold, silver and precious stone items, which are unique and great value. The store can customise some of your purchases, for a unique gift, we will spend some time here browsing.
We will return to our hotel for our last night and enjoy delicious food and drinks together and may spend some time relaxing by the outdoor pool complex.
Day 8, Saturday November 7th. Cairo Airport. We say goodbye to Egypt and return to Cairo airport for our flights home.
